Sarah volunteered 6 hours per week on average, in addition to her work as interim chair. Andrew schwarz volunteered a total of 480 hours over the course of 2022. He was not compensated for his role as treasurer & vice chair. Rather, the organization compensated him at a significantly below-market rate for his professional services including leading a crew to conduct low tech process-based restoration. Andrew spent 8 hours per week on average in this role, in addition to his work as treasurer & vice chair. Robert walton volunteered a total of 250 hours over the course of 2022. He was not compensated for his role as secretary. Rather, the organization compensated him at a significantly below-market rate for his work with the organization that included technical input on regulatory framework around beavers. Robert spent 5 hours per week on average in this role, in addition to his work as secretary.”
