We desire to create dynamic, stretching, safe, and committed learning environments and processes for leaders to pursue movemental leadership through collaborative work, mutual learning, design thinking, and innovative leadership. We desire to create thought leadership, books and resources to change the coversation, inform and equip leaders, and empower voices that wouldn't be heard. We desire to create training environments, processes and both online and physical resources led by a collection of practitioner and exemplar training organizations, that release potential, empower leaders and mature the body to pursue and practice maturity, influence, and impact.”
