“Electric vehicles (evs) are a transformative solution that will reshape both our electric infrastructure and the way we travel. That intersection makes evs a high impact innovation -- creating new opportunities for lower electricity costs, significant greenhouse gas reductions, and numerous benefits from reduced petroleum use. Chargevc-pa inc. Is being established in order to help states, utilities, environmental groups, automakers, technology companies, consumer advocates and others get in front of this opportunity and address important infrastructure, economic and environmental issues. Chargevc-pa inc. Will be focused on the following activities: 1. The majority of chargevc-pa's activities (at least 90%) will focus on education and outreach. In particular we will work with regulators, legislators, consumer advocates, environmental groups, ratepayer advocates and others to inform them of the benefits of the technology, and particular strategies, programs and policies to realize benefits. Collaborative conferences, briefings, educational events and other types of forums may be utilized for this purpose. 2. Charegevc-pa will conduct research and issue studies and white papers from time to time to help illustrate and quantify benefits, costs and other metrics applicable to the adoption of the technology. This will represent 10% of the organization's time. These activities will be staffed by gabel assoicates. Gabel associates has a management contract in place with chargevc-pa which is inlcuded in this applicaiton. Additionally, members of chargevc-pa will likely participate in education and outreach as directed and managed by gabel associations.”
