In our nonprofit organization we uphold transparency and ethical practices by addressing any conflicts of interest through dedicated meetings with the board and executive director. Should a conflict or potential conflict arise the individual involved steps aside from related discussions or transactions. Subsequently the remaining members deliberate and make a collective decision on the appropriateness of the transaction. This protocol ensures that all decisions are made impartially and in the best interest of our mission and stakeholders.

Our organization conducted community workshops community-based research and assisted in developing a community benefits plan for a proposed carbon storage site in Tulare County California. Through these efforts we engaged with local stakeholders to gather input address concerns and ensure that the project aligned with the needs and priorities of the community. Our work aimed to promote transparency inclusivity and sustainable development in the region.
