The board of directors approve a strategic and operational plan for wpc annually that sets organizational goals for the upcoming year. The organizational goals are translated into individual goals for the officers and key employees of the organization. Wpc then scores attainment of organizational and individual goals in determining what, if any, bonus compensation to be paid. Scoring and payment of bonus compensation is made at year-end for the current calendar year. The last compensation review took place in december 2024.”
