The entire value of the lease was recognized as revenue in the fiscal year ended june 30, 2009. This free rent is amortized on a straight line basis per gaap over a 10 year period to record the expenses. The amount amortized as expenses ($39,662) represents the 12 months of the fiscal year ended june 30, 2015. Due to the fact that the revenue was fully recognized in 2009 and expenses being amortized over a 10 year period there is a reconciling amount on part xi, line 6 related to this transaction.”
