The tax preparer prepares the form 990 from financial records maintained by the organization on quickbooks. The prepared form 990 is submitted in draft to the executive director, chairman of the board, and treasurer for review. Once the review process is complete the form is finalized and filed. The filing is discussed in an at large board meeting.”
