“Nhcba has contracted the management of its daily operations to lutine management associates (lutine) of trenton, new jersey. Lutine is a management company which manages all aspects of nhcba in accordance with its bylaws and policies. Operations may include, but are not limited to administration, membership, finance and accounting, event management, education, marketing, and information technology.”

“Nhcba membership is open to any attorney in good standing with the state of connecticut or any other jurisdiction. In addition, associate member status is available to: - law students enrolled in an american bar association ("aba") accredited law school. - teachers or professors of law at an aba-accredited law school. - law clerks in a federal or connecticut superior court. - legal administrators, legal librarians, or paralegal/legal assistants who are employed by a law office, including a corporate legal department, government, judicial/legal agency, or any other entity devoted to the practice of law.”

“On an annual basis a slate of officers is nominated by an appointed nominating committee, while other nominations may be made upon a petition signed by not less than twenty-five members. Members then entitled to cast secret ballots for any contested positions.”

“Nhcba's bylaws may be amended or repealed by a two-thirds vote of the members of the association present and voting at a meeting of the association duly called for such purpose.”

“Nhcba's 990 is prepared by independent accountants and reviewed by its management and executive board prior to filing.”

“An annual disclosure questionnaire is distributed, completed, and signed by nhcba's officers and directors.”
