“There are 3 classes of cta members: 1) premier corporate members; 2) company team members and 3) individual professional members. Our premier corporate and company team members include any business organization located in colorado or with a presence in colorado, who integrate and implement systems with a large software component, internet software solutions or other technology systems or solutions, or who provide services via data communications facilities. Our premier corporate and company team members also include public sector and nonprofit organizations. Our individual professional members are individuals, with an interest in colorado's tech industry, they may or may not be employed by a technology company.”

“Tax return supporting information is provided to our external tax preparer who prepares the form 990. The prepared return is reviewed by the president of cta and approved for filing with the service.”

“There will be a yearly board questionnaire requiring information regarding conflicts of interest and relationships that determine independence.”

“The president's compensation is determined annually by the board chair and approved by members/officers of the executive committee based on a performance review, a review of the financial conditions of the organization, and a review of the prevailing trade association compensation practices.”

“The organization does not make the documents available to the public.”
