“At bridgeway's board of directors meetings, the members are regularly informed of the requirement for them to report any conflict of interest issues to the board or executive director and/or asked if they have any questions about conflict of interest issues.”

“After voting on june 22, 2012 to begin winding down the operations of bridgeway, the compensation committee of the board of directors developed a salary plan using comparability data and contemporaneous substantiation for bridgeway's executive director for the years that it would take to wind down and liquidate bridgeway. This salary plan was approved by the board of directors in 2012.”

The organization is in the process of closing down. The organization is using the sale of the shelter residence to pay outstanding expenses and liabilities. All remaining cash and assets will be distributed to other exempt organizations that have a similar mission to bridgeway.”
