Mission and Program Overview

Mission

We conduct several Continuing Legal Education conferences during the year. There are usually at least four one day CLE seminars in the Denver area; one on the Western Slope of Colorado and one in Colorado Springs. In addition we keep the memebership informed on state law changes effecting their practice.

Our primary purpose is to insure our members are fully educated on all statutes, rules, caselaw and court rulings that govern the practice of Workers Compensation in Colorado and that they are updated on changes as they occur. We accomplish this by providing 20 to 35 hours of Continuing Legal Education each year, as well as providing access for members to several databases on topics necessary to the practice Workers Compensation law at an advanced level.
