The south metro denver realtor association (smdra) is a trade association that serves its membership by providing education and member activities, promote professionalism in the real estate industry, promote the value of the realtor brand, encourage realtor involvement in the community, promote fair housing and equal opportunity in real estate, and to enhance the right to own, transfer, and use real property, and protect private property rights.
The south metro denver realtor association exists to provide an environment conducive to the business success of its members. The association serves and promotes a highly skilled, diverse, and visionary realtor membership.
