It is the policy of advancing az that members of the board of directors of advancing az,officers, the executive director, and key employees each have an affirmative obligation to act at all times in the best interests of the corporation. On an annual basis, each member of the board of directors, officers (including the executive director), and key employees shall be provided with the conflict of interest policy outlining their fiduciary duty and obligation to disclose a conflict of interest, and shall at such time complete and sign an acknowledgement and disclosure form signifying their receipt, understanding, and compliance with the policy.
