“Form 990-ez, part iii-organizations primary exempt purposewe operate for encouraging human interactions around children and their helpers,and charitable purpose under section 501(c)(3) of internal reveune code 1954 or any amended or suddessor provision thereto;(a) to provide a common,descriptive language to talk about interactions in practice.(b) to facilitate conversations about interaction moments.(c) simple interactions is a practice-based, strengths-focused, and community-driven approach to support helpers who serve children, youth, and families;and (d) to carry on other non-profit and non-political activities in furtherance of the foregoing and consistent with the requirements and constraints of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. (e)simple interaction inc , as permitted by law, engage in any activities in furtherance of, related to, or incidental to these purpose which may be lawful carried on by a corporation formed under chapter 180 of the general laws of massachusetts and which are not inconsistent with the corporations qualification as an organazation described in section 501(c)(3) of internal revenue code or corresponding section of any future tax code. It serves as a visual representation, highlighting the four dimensions of developmental interactions:connection, reciprocity, inclusion, and opportunity to grow, which are comprised of three modes of interaction. Each mode of interaction is based upon real practice and provides descriptive language to talk about what is really happening in the moment. Si tools will enrichen conversation about actual practice and to think deeply about how to strengthen adult-child interactions.”
