To facilitate, develop, own, supply, support, and provide software and other types of technologies that assist organizations that are recognized as organizations exempt from federal taxation within the meaning of code section 501(c)(3) with their finance, accounting, investment, tax, donor, customer relationship management, and various other information technology needs; (ii) to assist, financially and otherwise, other organizations that are recognized as organizations exempt from federal taxation within the meaning of code section 501(c)(3); (iii) to engage in any and all activities necessary or appropriate to raise funds for the purposes of the company, including the solicitation of direct or indirect contributions from public and private sources wherever located; and (iv) to empower committed volunteers and donors to share compassion and resources for the religious, charitable, educational, scientific, and related benefits to be provided by the company.
