“Primary Exempt Purpose: Covenant Rescue Group (CRG) exists to equip first responders with the financial support, equipment, training and advocacy needed to defend and rescue victims of human trafficking, especially children. CRG will provide this support through three core areas: funding, training and advocating. Line 28, Program Service Accomplishments, FUNDING: Oftentimes there is an opportunity for first responders such as active military, local and federal law enforcement officials to rescue victims of human trafficking and apprehend those who oppress them, but a lack of financial resources prevent these operations from taking place. Through the generosity of donors, CRG will be able to provide direct funding that will allow these missions to be carried out. CRG may provide the funds to first responder agencies to support the operations or may provide the funds to engage a third-party private company, experienced in these types of operations, to carry out the rescue missions. In the case that the mission or operation should be carried out by a third party, the first responder agency will procure bids from for-profit organizations with a professional reputation in performing this type of operation services. Where funds for these types of missions are typically not available to first responders, CRG will provide the funding to ensure that the missions are performed and ultimately that victims of human trafficking are rescued. Line 29, Program Service Accomplishments, TRAINING: In order to prepare first responders such as active military and law enforcement agencies for these rescue operations, much training is needed. CRG will work with these first responder agencies to provide them with the training resources needed to equip their enforcement teams, regardless of their ability to pay. CRG will not perform these training services, but will assist first responder agencies with contracting third-party organizations already established in performing these functions. The first responder agency will procure bids from well-repected, credible for-profit organizations which have professional reputations in performing this type of operation services. Where funds for these types of missions are typically not available to first responders, CRG will provide the funding to assist and ensure that the missions are performed, and ultimately that victims of human trafficking are rescued. Line 30, Program Service Accomplishments, ADVOCATING: CRG will work to connect rescued victims with a viable way out of human trafficking. CRG will provide opportunities for these individuals to meet with human trafficking victim support organizations to consolidate support and make a lasting impact in their recovery through medical care, aftercare, and emotional and psychological support. If a victim does not have the financial means to pay for the aftercare programs needed, CRG will provide the necessary funds.”

We conducted or assisted in nine child exploitation operations which produced 87 individuals arrested. We conducted four rescue operations in partnership with similar organizations with over 60 victims contacted and offered a way out of the industry. We hosted trainings for over 40 agencies and issues CEUs to over 150 law enforcement agents. We also conducted two overseas operations in Zambia and Israel supporting other NGOs and related needs. |

Line 28, Program Service Accomplishments, FUNDING: Oftentimes there is an opportunity for first responders such as active military, local and federal law enforcement officials to rescue victims of human trafficking and apprehend those who oppress them, but a lack of financial resources prevent these operations from taking place. Through the generosity of donors, CRG will be able to provide direct funding that will allow these missions to be carried out. CRG may provide the funds to first responder agencies to support the operations or may provide the funds to engage a third-party private company, experienced in these types of operations, to carry out the rescue missions. In the case that the mission or operation should be carried out by a third party, the first responder agency will procure bids from for-profit organizations with a professional reputation in performing this type of operation services. Where funds for these types of missions are typically not available to first responders, CRG will provide the funding to ensure that the missions are performed and ultimately that victims of human trafficking are rescued. Line 29, Program Service Accomplishments, TRAINING: In order to prepare first responders such as active military and law enforcement agencies for these rescue operations, much training is needed. CRG will work with these first responder agencies to provide them with the training resources needed to equip their enforcement teams, regardless of their ability to pay. CRG will not perform these training services, but will assist first responder agencies with contracting third-party organizations already established in performing these functions. The first responder agency will procure bids from well-repected, credible for-profit organizations which have professional reputations in performing this type of operation services. Where funds for these types of missions are typically not available to first responders, CRG will provide the funding to assist and ensure that the missions are performed, and ultimately that victims of human trafficking are rescued. Line 30, Program Service Accomplishments, ADVOCATING: CRG will work to connect rescued victims with a viable way out of human trafficking. CRG will provide opportunities for these individuals to meet with human trafficking victim support organizations to consolidate support and make a lasting impact in their recovery through medical care, aftercare, and emotional and psychological support. If a victim does not have the financial means to pay for the aftercare programs needed, CRG will provide the necessary funds. |
