Mission

To promote and develop high quality affordable housing in new haven county.

To support the redevelopment activities of the housing authority of the town of wallingford (wha) connecticut, for the benefit of the low income residents of wha and new haven county, to promote the development of high quality, safe and sanitary housing which is affordable to residents of new haven county, to develop and promote community beautification projects, to enhance security of new haven county residents and to promote the care and well-being of new have county elderly residents in all aspects of their lives.
