The purpose of the corporation is to provide affordable, low-income housing, including rental units for older adults to promote community among the residents and to provide access to home and community based services.

DURING 2020, LQL OPERATED STEEPLE VIEW LOFTS. THIS FACILITY PROVIDES 42 RESIDENTS WITH HOUSING IN THE HEART OF LANCASTER CITY AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE.LQL STARTED DEVELOPMENT ON A NUMBER OF NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS IN 2020. THESE PROJECTS INCLUDED TWO LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS, WHICH WE ARE HOPING WILL RECEIVE TAX CREDIT AWARDS FROM PHFA. TWO OTHER PROJECTS WERE STARTED IN 2020 WHICH WILL TARGET INDIVIDUALS IN THE LOW TO MODERATE INCOME RANGE. ONE OF THESE PROJECTS IS LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN LANCASTER WHILE THE OTHER IS LOCATED IN LANCASTER COUNTY. WE ARE EXCITED TO WORK ON THESE PROJECTS WITH HOPES TO BRING ONE ON LINE IN 2022 AND THE OTHER IN 2024.$0$209,828
