“Play bold: served 257 girls in 2020. Playing sports builds powerful leadership skills, but girls are dropping out of sports at twice the rate of boys in middle school. Our play bold leadership programs inspire girls to stay in sports and develop as leaders through sports. We partner with schools, coaches, clubs, and other sports and community organizations to deliver play bold programs to middle and high school girls, with a focus on girls from underserved communities. Play bold programming focuses on building bravery, leadership, resilience, confidence and a growth mindset through reflection, sport-based activities, mentoring, and skill building sessions.”

“Career accelerator: served 154 young women in 2020. The career accelerator network supports women athletes as they launch and accelerate their careers. Through training programs, workshops, podcasts, and community events we help women athletes develop critical career readiness skills, build their professional brand, expand their support network, and accelerate their careers.”
