The organization is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of elected members who serve as the governing body of Aneden Gives, responsible for overseeing its strategic direction, financial stability, and adherence to its mission. The Board of Directors is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise that provide leadership and guidance to ensure the organization operates effectively and ethically. Board members are tasked with making key decisions, setting policies, and monitoring the organizations performance. They also play a crucial role in fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement efforts. Through regular meetings, committees, and ongoing communication with staff and stakeholders, the board ensures transparency”

“New members to the board of directors are elected by existing board members after any board member identifies a candidate for appointment. The candidates biography is circulated to all active board members who place their vote either via SurveyMonkey or during a quarterly board meeting.”
