Mission

To support exemplary and replicable programs and services that enhance opportunities for minority youth and organizations that serve minority youth in under resourced DC Metro area communities. Strategies to accomplish the organizations purpose could take the form of scholarships to qualified students and leveraged investment in youth programs with proven outcomes.
