Mission

The organization's purposes are(1)to provide affordable housing on a charitable basis; (2)provide or arrange services and housing to people displaced by natural disasters in california, with special outreach to the elderly; (3)delevop and operate housing specially designed for the elderly, with special arrangemetns for senior residents' health care and financial security, and otherwise to promote the intersts and serve the needs of the elderly, provided that such activities are consistent with this organization's exempt purposes; (4)promote the health and well-being of the elderly throughout the continuum of care, services and housing; and (5) engage in any other charitable activity.
