To promote the common good and general welfare of the citizens of the lower hudson valley region of new york state by advocating for social improvement through the creation of a pro-economic growth and job creation agenda centered around the highway route 17 expansion project; enegage in the general advocacy to educate the public and elected officials on the economic growth and job creation benefits of the highway route 17 expansion project; and build a coalition of community groups and concerned citizens to raise awareness of the highway route 17 expansion project and its economic growth and job creation benefits.
