IF AT ANY TIME, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ACCEPTS PROPERTY THAT IS LATER DETERMINED TO NO LONGER BE DESIRABLE TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION FOR PRESENT OR FUTURE USE IN THE BOOTH WESTERN ART MUSEUM, THE BOOTH ART FUND, INC.
