The use of social media has become a priority marketing channel andthe number of followers has grown to 1,800.the talent acquisition team has evolved from a recruiting competency and capacity to atalent development and talent management focus where we take individuals where they are,and get them employer ready through through coaching, (contd) program service accomplishments (contd)resume building, mock interviews and freetraining courses. In 2021 acds had 3,062 individual applications.the unified community apprenticeship team (ucat) continued to meet monthly in 2021,and the membership has continued to grow to include representatives of other areas of thestate, and other organizations that include underserved populations.the department of labor conducted their standard grant audit for the skills gap grant, andwe received compliments for the progress made despite the pandemic, and for the end-to-endprocess that had been implemented. Acds continues to pursue federal, state and privategrant funding.”
