“Chill (creating hope instilling life lessons) is the services component to the courtyard. The courtyard is a subsidized housing complex, with 34 units for youth ages 18-24 that are aging out of the foster care system and/or are currently or experienced homelessness as a result of aging out of the foster care system. Chill offers a myriad of wrap around supports to these young adults to ensure housing stability. These supports include, but are not limited to the following supportive services: employment, financial management, educational resources, child development and new parenting support, daily life skills, as well as creating a plan for the future, all while connecting these young adults to other community agencies, churches, employment experiences, programs, or supportive individuals to assist them as they move into adult life. Scan, inc. Served as the administrative agent for chill at no cost to chill, providing management and other services. The fair value of services provided pursuant to this arrangement was 82,832.”
