The organization will educate and train the public on the principles of systems thinking. Systems thinking is a transformational approach to learning, problem-solving, and understanding the world. Systems thinking helps people of all ages and walks of life see beyond the heart of a problem to find fair and lasting solutions that deliver benefits. The organization will contract with other organizations to provide systems thinking professional development services to the employees and/or officers of such other organizations. Some of the organizations with which the organization plans to contract with are wk kellogg foundation, twin rivers unified school district. The organization will also sell habit cards, books, posters, and other eduational materials for a reasonable fee. The organization also operates an online learning platform called thinkingtoolsstudio.org.
At the waters center for systems thinking (wcst) our mission is to empower individuals to adopt systems thinking in their work and life. By leveraging this transformational approach to learning, leading and problem-solving, people of all ages and backgrounds are able to uncover equitable and sustainable solutions. Through strategic partnerships, we offer systems thinking professional development services to organizations, school systems, and individuals, empowering them to think critically, innovate, and create positive change. Wcst operates an online learning platform, thinking tools studio, and makes available habits cards, books, posters and other educational materials available for sale for a reasonable fee.
