“Youth acadamy program: the program consists of residential camps and other unique hands-on programming for approximately 70-90 high school age youth who are interested in law enforcement and the role and multiple responsibilities law enforcement officers have within the community. Its goal is to create a mentoring and learning environment that instills teamwork, discipline, leadership, team building and core values as the center of the program, which is staffed by mo state highway patrol employees. The program also aims to create a better bond and communication between area youth, law enforcement and the entire community.”

“Troop e explorer post program - the program's mission is to offer young adults, ages 14-21, interested in a career in law enforcement a personal awareness of the criminal justice system through training, practical experiences and other hands-on and character-building activities.”
