Once a year, at a meeting of the board of directors, each director is requested to fill out a conflict of interest disclosure form. On that form, each director would disclose any conflict of interest they have based on the Fillmore Community Auction Conflict of Interest Policy.

Other compensation paid to Enos T. Hershberger is rent for use of real estate owned by Enos T. Hershberger for hosting the twice-annual auctions. Enos T. Hershberger abstains from the discussions and approval of the rental amount, and the rental amount is considerably under market value for the facilities provided.
