Mission

To act as the Bargaining Agency between the field and field office employees of the ExxonMobil Pipeline Company in the State of Louisiana, except certain employees in North Louisiana who, by previous agreement, are represented by another bargaining agency and the Management of ExxonMobil Pipeline Company. To promote cooperation between the employees and management to give employees a voice in matters of mutual interest, including wages, hours of work, safety, sanitation, and other working conditions to provide an orderly and expeditious procedure for the prevention and adjustment of differences and to afford a means through which employees may be furnished information of mutual interest by the management and to promote the principles of the Southern Pipe Liners Union and advance its welfare to bring into closer association the members of said Southern Pipe Liners Union and to negotiate and sign agreements with the Management of ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.
