PART III, LINE 4B - PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Cooperative impact lab (cil) prepared and launched significant multi-year initiatives to partner with and support progressive organizations to increase and sustain their impact, analyze and develop new models of support, and to ensure internal organizational resilience. The programs include initiatives to: leverage automated online conversations to build larger, more engaged communities; build sustainable and scalable solutions for influencer marketing; experiment and discover effective staffing and support data and technology models; and development of a finance and operations managed shared services model to ensure organizational resilience and alleviate the time, money, and stress burdens that many small and medium size organizations face.
