This organization is dedicated to assisting individuals who have suffered great bodily injury or have significantmental, physical or emotional challenges, or who are disabiled, deformed or incacipitated for any reason ("designated beneficiaries"). No designated beneficiary may be an officer, director or other list individual for the organization. This organization will assist each designated individual by paying for medical expenses, acquiring medical equipment, medically altered vehicles and aperata, altering their living space to better accomodate their special need(s), contracting necessary services to assist them with their specific living, transportion, and care needs, and otherwise seeking to enhance the wellness and well-being of such individuals. This organization will derive its financial support by seeking donations from the general public as well as national, regional and local businesses who seek to support this organization's principal purpose.
