As an inspired group, the organization will journey together with extremely low-income persons who need housing, to acquire and provide home ownership through shared housing such as housing cooperatives, community land trusts, intentional communities, or co- habilitative through strategic housing and land development, education and advocacy to maintain and preserve affordable housing.

Met 75% of our goal to establish a legal framework to preserve and expand sustainable shared housing options for individuals with extremely low incomes.
