In the 2023-24 school year, Insight served 28 students in full-time,

in Boise, ID, and our implementation of the Growth Framework as a

"portrait of a graduate". As a result, students were able to set

meaningful goals, make plans to achieve them, and recognize their

progress towards proficiency in 32 Bold Learning Objectives that are

taught and assessed across the curriculum. We graduated 5 seniors,

with 3 matriculating to selective post-secondary programs, one

Part III Line 4A

joining Americorps, and one successfully joining the workforce. To

date, 11 out of 14 Insight graduates have proceeded to college, with

Part III Line 4A

all being offered admission at their top choice school.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt25taught and assessed across the curriculum. We graduated 5 seniors,
IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt26with 3 matriculating to selective post-secondary programs, one
IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt27joining Americorps, and one successfully joining the workforce. To
IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt28date, 11 out of 14 Insight graduates have proceeded to college, with
IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt29all being offered admission at their top choice school.
