“The Starts Right Here Conflict of Interest Policy requires any member of the Board of Directors or Officers to report any conflict of interest and all the material facts to the Board of Directors at their next meeting. The reported Conflict of Interest shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting. The Conflict of Interest provides a procedure for an independent review of the facts and circumstances and a procedure for dealing with those findings.”
