Mission

The purpose of HATC Foundation is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing at affordable prices for low and moderate-income residents of the County, to preserve and develop affordable housing and vibrant communities which enhance the quality of life for all, and to take other actions to benefit, perform the functions of, or to carry out the purpose of HATC.
