WE ALSO REVIEWED OUR VIRTUES FOR SUCCESS CURRICULUM, ADDED SOME CORE CORRECTIONAL PRACTICES AND COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL TOOLS (CBT) TO THE CURRICULUM, TO BRING IT IN LINE WITH OTHER PROGRAMMING INMATES RECEIVE IN THE DOC AND BOP. WE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYERS WE WORK WITH THAT ARE WILLING TO DO SECOND CHANCE EMPLOYMENT WITH THOSE RETURNING TO SOCIETY. ADDITIONALLY, WE UPGRADED OUR ACCOUNTING PROCESS AND PROCEDURES TO COMPLY WITH DEED ACCOUNTING REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR GRANT.
