Mission

The Danielson Group Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded on the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching, a methodology for providing training, professional development and support to educators across the career continuum. Our mission is to create a just and flourishing society by promoting teaching that is joyful, humanizing, and focused on student success. We believe in education for the development of intellect, identity, and character, and in professional learning that honors the power, wisdom, and moral leadership of teachers.
