A robust process of negotiation of the employment contract and its key terms was undertaken between the people committee, advised by its outside legal counsel at curtis, mallet-prevost, and the founder & ceo of project healthy minds. The people committee provided an update at the july 2022 board meeting to the full board of directors, where the full board of directors voted unanimously to reaffirm the decision of the people committee.”
