Mission and Program Overview

Mission

By building and equipping a global community of advocates all living and working with mental health conditions, The Stability Network is changing the way people talk and think about mental health, one story at a time. Grounded in an evidence-based practice called contact education, The Stability Network's approach is designed to reduce the stigma that prevents those struggling with mental health issues from getting the support and treatment they need to live well.
