The corporation seeks to reduce poverty by providing education, training, and mentoring to assist disadvantaged female craft artisans working in impoverished regions of the world. The corporation anticipates creating educational and informational content, including a documentary series that will educate the public about the lives and work of disadvantaged female craft artisans around the world and the artistry, history, and cultural significance of the handicrafts produced by such artisans. The corporation may also provide microfinance loans through a collaboration with kiva microfunds, a corporation described in section 501(c)(3) of the code, to disadvantaged female craft artisans who are unable to obtain financing from commercial sources.
