Part VI, Section A, Line 8b: Accel AI Institute has setup a structure to establish committee with authority to act on behalf of the governing body. Part VI, Section B, Line 11b: Accel AI uses a process where the tax preparer receives tax documents from the CFO of Accel AI by secure online communication. Tax preparer provides a complete 990 form with schedules for review prior to filing. Part VI, Section B, Line 12c: Accel AI Institute has all policies on file in the corporate office. Part VI, Section C, Line 19: Accel AI Institute makes all policies including financial statements available to the public through their website. All members are provided a copy of the 990 form before filing. Part XVII, Line 2: Accel AI Institute did not change its oversight process or selection process during the tax year. Accel AI Institute description of programs or significant activities is to provide education in artificial intelligence theory and engineering. To accomplish this, we focus on integrating AI and social impact through research,consulting, and workshops on ethical AI development and applied AI engineering. For Accel AI Institute, there is a governing body and committees selected with the authority to act on behalf of the organization. These items listed with the organization documents maintained by the officers of the organization. Part VII, Section A, there are three officers of the organization, the CEO, Secretary, and CFO, along with 26 directors who are all listed by name and title. The three officers meet on an annual basis as required under the ByLaws. For 2020, there are no independent contractors with Accel AI Institute. Note 1: Schedule F, Part III, Grants and other assistance to individuals outside the USA in column (e) manner of cash disbursement accomplished through multiple third-partu payments methods by country. A detailed list is available in the corporate office. Schedule M, Part I, Line 7, the intellectual property donated by Nvidia, Inc to Accel AI Institute was gifted as shown in December 2020. For 2020, no officers or directors received any compensation as well as volunteers associated with Accel AI Institute.”
