There is a tax filings subcommittee headed by Andrew Hyde, Board Director, that reviews and recommends all tax filings. The recommendation is then provided to the full Board of Directors for approval.

The annual Form 990 is reviewed by the tax filings subcommittee of the Board of Directors, which is led by Board Director Andrew Hyde, and the recommendations of the subcommittee are presented to the full Board of Directors for approval. Once approval is obtained, Andrew will ensure the filing completion by the external CPA.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

Glider maintains a conflict of interest policy. The policy ensures that any Board Director or vendor discloses any conflicts of interest to the tax filings subcommittee and that all vendors with a conflict of interest are reviewed. If a conflict of interest arises, the tax filings subcommittee ensures that arms-length transactions are held through a competitive bidding process with at least three vendors if possible.
