Additional Explanations

Part III, line 3

In June of this year A HOPE put its Pet Food Pantry program on hold. There were 2 primary reasons for this decision. Two other local organizations began their own pantry operations this year - our local shelter and an organization JoJo's Paws that specifically provides this service. The hold on our program avoids the duplication of services and directs the need to organizations more focused on food donation while at the same time allows A HOPE to focus its efforts on the increasingly demanding requirements of its affordable access and rescue programs as well as the increased fundraising efforts for construction of a new clinic that began this year.

Part IX, Line 11G

Payments for veterinary services other than spay neutering provided to rescued cats $10,062; payments to a low cost spay neuter clinic for spay neutering vaccination and microchipping of rescued cats owned cats and dogs and community cats $75,709.
