The conflict of interest policy is provided to and applies to all directors, officers, and employees. The conflict of interest policy is reviewed with the board, and each member of the board affirms compliance therewithin, on an annual basis.”

Every effort is made to ensure that the process is thorough and transparent in accordance with irs guidelines and the organization's policies.”
