The foundation is dedicated to revitalizing the grove park neighborhood and improving the quality of life by working with local partners, leaders and residents to create a healthy, equitable and vibrant community.

The grove park foundation, a purpose built communities network member, is dedicated to revitalizing the grove park neighborhood in improving the quality of life by working with local partners, leaders, and residents to create a healthy, equitable, and vibrant community. The goal is to break the generational cycle of poverty by creating wide, durable paths out of poverty for low-income residents. Grove park foundation follows the purpose built communities' proven model of holistic neighborhood revitalization.

Conflict of interest policy is distributed every year to board members to fill out and submit revealing any such conflicts.

The executive director's salary was established through a three step process. First, the executive committee was granted authority from the full board to conduct a salary assessment. For the purpose of establishing 2018 salary, the executive committee included murray, edwards, haas and lambe. Second, the executive committee conducted a review of comparable salaries including other purpose built community quarterback organizations, as well as from similar non-profit organizations in the atlanta market. Finally, following its review, the executive committee made a salary recommendation to the full board of directors for consideration and approval. Salary was approved by the board (as reflected in minutes) on january 18, 2018.
