“The supportive housing program saw significant development in 2022. 44 miller road was fully occupied and improved with a caregivers carriage house. 1 maple avenue is pending development to create an inclusive, mixed-use building. A new assessment program, piloted in 2021, was launched to the public in 2022 and served 7 individuals. A community-based social club was piloted. The social club provides facilitated social opportunities for adults with disabilities and, in 2022 served an initial cohort of 6 individuals. The 17 hill street cohort was consolidated at miller road and sold to reduce expenses and focus administrative efforts on continued development of the inclusive housing model.”

THE SOCIAL CLUB PROVIDES FACILITATED SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AND, IN 2022 SERVED AN INITIAL COHORT OF 6 INDIVIDUALS. THE 17 HILL STREET COHORT WAS CONSOLIDATED AT MILLER ROAD AND SOLD TO REDUCE EXPENSES AND FOCUS ADMINISTRATIVE EFFORTS ON CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THE INCLUSIVE HOUSING MODEL. |
