Nmb Library Friends Inc.

The mission of NMB Library Friends, Inc., is to supplement the overall literacy programming of the North Miami Beach Library for the benefit of the community as a whole and for our youth in particular. Literacy is not confined to just reading and books it is also developed through many varied educational, artistic, and cqltural opportunities that our Library can uniquely provide. An example is the Discovery Center which enhances intellectual pursuits through the use of computers and technology. For that purpose, we dedicate our fundraising and other resources to expanding events, classes, and learning activities. This will benefit everyone in the North Miami Beach community, enhancing a better quality of life for all.
