Next gen innovators purpose is to promote a stronger entrepreneurship culture at universities accross the us through collaborative partnerships with professionals working with local student clubs via hosting industry innovation summits, entrepreneurship competitions, and a start-up speaker series. The summits focus on bringing professionals in the community to work with the university clubs to focus on a broad industry topic showcasing innovation trends (such as innovation summit in financial service marketing at st. John's or ag tech innovation summit at university of st. Louis). The innovation copetitions allow university students to submit their best ideas for a specific business challenge and receive guidence and support throughout the process. The speaker series brings alumni and local thought leaders to the university to share their knowledge, provide ongoing mentoring and guidence for those who are building or looking to start a venture.
