| Restore Hope Resources served approximately 100 disabled youth and adults to help place them in employment and job training programs throughout the year. Program services are very intensive and covers, building relationships with employers, customer program intake planning, initial intake reporting paperwork (10-15 pgs each), intake meetings and case planning, case management, reporting for the state, job search preparation, interviewing techniques, salary strategies, cover letters, resumes, job search assistance, job search applications, interviewing scheduling, interview attendance, interview follow up, on boarding paperwork, on the job training, job shadowing, employer follow up, weekly/daily meetings with all participants to keep job procurement sable, implementation of job supports/job accommodations, follow up with employers, families, customer and state officials, all billing submission (each grant takes rigorous documentation and a 5 steps for each billing process), reporting on each function that we completed in the case reporting system, on the job training program facilitation and more. We serve both regular disabled customers, supported employment customers (more severely disabled) and youth and elderly customers. All steps of the program implementation are hugely labor intensive and time consuming. Executives Robert Meier and Marisa Meier do most of the work with 40-60 hour work weeks each (work on weekends and off hours and on call as needed for customers with job issues that need to be resolved on the spot). New Programs Implemented this Year: Florida Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Management made known to us at vendor/contractor meetings and events that they were desperately in need of vendors to conduct On The Job Training programs for youth and adults. This one service was highly lacking in the community and programs so they wanted contractors such as Restore Hope Resources to assist with these services. We started developing this program by meeting with different vocational rehabilitation offices, scheduling presentations to VR counselors, calling employers and setting up meetings with employers. We developed payroll system and all policies and procedures with this service offering that needed to be developed. Marisa as the SVP of Operations headed up this program and all steps of program implementation, reporting, outcomes and scheduled all meetings with VR and employers. We will continued regular Vocational Rehabilitation job placements and services as well as fully developed this on the job training program this year. | $0 | $149,686 |
